Fleming and the scientific method

The penicillin is the first antibiotic widely used for treating diseases caused for sensible bacteries. Alexander Fleming was the scientist who discovered the medicine and it conduced him to win the Nobel prize in 1945.

You have already known that any discover or explanation must follow the scientific method to be proven. Think about the steps of the scientific method that you have been studied for the last years, and try to connect each event that led the discover of the penicillin on the left column, with the step of the scientific method on the right column.
